Apex rules are established and enforced to help ensure guest safety while participating in activity at Apex.
No Smoking, Chewing Tobacco, E-Cigarettes/Vaping, Drugs
The health and wellness of our guests and athletes is our main priority at Apex. As such, Apex is a smoke/vaping/drug-free venue.
No Outside Food or Drink, Tailgating, or Glass Containers
Food and drinks are available at outdoor concessions, the indoor Cafe, and the various vending machines located throughout Apex. Tailgating is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, tents, coolers, umbrellas, and tables. Glass containers are not permitted on site.
Trash and Recycling
Please make sure you throw out trash or recyclables in the appropriate places around the facility. If you are seen littering, you will be given a warning, and a second offense will result in a removal from the grounds.
Parking is permitted only in areas marked as parking spaces. Vehicles illegally parked will be towed at the owner’s expense. Handicap parking spaces are reserved only for vehicles that have proper handicap identification. All other vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Turf fields allow for play in inclement weather. Apex staff will have final say on the playability within weather conditions. When thunder and lightning are present, athletes and spectators must clear the fields immediately, and seek shelter. Fields will re-open 30 minutes after the last lightning strike.
Currently, there are three (3) port-a-johns on site, one near each outdoor field. The middle port-a-john is ADA compliant and we ask that that use of that unit is limited to those who require it. These bathrooms may be kept after we open our indoor facility, including bathrooms.
Lost & Found
Apex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. In order to recover lost items, please visit the front reception desk. Lost items will only be retained by Apex for a limited time.
Sneakers, turf shoes, and cleats (no metal studs), are acceptable for outdoor fields and the indoor facility. No animals, with the exception of service animals, are permitted on site. Apex does not permit heeled shoes or metal studded cleats on turf fields.
Supervision of Children
Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian/coach at all times.

In the event that a parent/guardian cannot be reached in an emergency, Apex reserves the right to seek emergency care for the injured guest, including abulance assistance or hospital care, as may be deemed necessary under the circumstances at that time.
Code of Conduct (Coaches, Guests, Players, Spectators)
Apex operates under a strict Code of Conduct. The purpose of the Code is to ensure that all those associated with Apex treat each other with dignity and respect. The Code of Conduct is a condition of membership for all guests. All members of Apex agree to abide by the Code of Conduct and to be subjected to the consequences of violating the Code. It is understood that by participating in any facility activity, that this Code of Conduct binds all guests and its validity as a matter of record and is not dependent upon physical signature. All enforcement decisions made by venue managers are final and are not subject to petition or review. No refunds will be granted to those guests that are dismissed from Apex for violating the Code of Conduct.
